Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At The Mane Attraction, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our booking and cancellation policies: Non-Refundable Deposit – A $35.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation circumstances. Cancellations & No-Shows – Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals – If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply. By booking an appointment with The Mane Attraction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies!
