Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At The Mane Attraction, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our booking, cancellation, and refund policies: Non-Refundable Deposit – A $35.00 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation circumstances. Cancellations & No-Shows – Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals – If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply. By booking an appointment with The Mane Attraction, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies! Refunds - At The Mane Attraction Salon, we are committed to providing services that leave you feeling confident and beautiful. We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with their experience. If we ever fail to meet your expectations, we ask you to reach out to us so we can address your concerns promptly. All services are provided with a satisfaction guarantee, and we are happy to correct any discrepancies on our part at no additional charge. Prior to the consideration of any refund, clients agree to allow us the opportunity to correct the service, either with the original stylist or another qualified stylist within the salon. Refunds are not typically offered and will only be considered after careful review of the circumstances. Any refund requests are subject to management discretion and will be granted only in cases of clear and demonstrable error on the stylist’s part.
